What to Check Before Sourcing 3D Gel Peel-and-Stick Backsplash Tiles

If you’re adding a new backsplash design to your wholesale range, start by looking at two sheets side by side. A close-up shows the color and finish, while a larger layout helps you judge how the pattern reads across a wall. Here’s what to check using our emerald green herringbone design as an example.

Check the pattern and finish under different lighting

The herringbone layout combines diagonal lines with a glossy, raised gel finish. Look at the sample straight on to judge the color and pattern. Then tilt it under a light to see how the surface catches reflections. If the tile will be sold online, both angles can help shoppers see what they’re choosing.

Place two sheets side by side before reviewing the join

Align two samples on a flat display board and look at where the pattern meets. Check the join up close and again from a normal viewing distance. If you’re preparing a showroom display or installation guide, photograph the actual join so buyers know what to expect.

Confirm how the tiles will be packed for retail

Our standard pack is 10 sheets per retail box and 50 sheets per outer carton. When comparing designs, confirm the sheet dimensions, coverage per box, and carton details for the specific model. That gives you a clearer basis for planning shelf space, stock, and order quantities.
