Importers and wholesalers comparing UV marble sheet quotations need to review the design, specification and packed shipping data together. The same sheet count does not necessarily mean the same number of pallets or shipping volume. Use this guide to prepare an enquiry; packing and charges must be confirmed for the specific order.
Start with quantities by model
List the design, dimensions, thickness and sheet count for each selection. Our black grey and gold PVC UV panel page lists 1220×2440mm with 2/2.5/3mm options. Confirm the exact version needed. Check different thicknesses, decorative films and protective packing separately rather than using one unverified weight or volume.
Why is net sheet volume different from shipping CBM?
Net volume covers the sheets alone, excluding pallets and protection. For example, 100 sheets measuring 1.22×2.44×0.003m have a theoretical net volume of 0.89304m³. This is a calculation example, not a measured packed volume for our product or a current freight quotation.
Check the external length × width × height after packing. With dimensions in centimetres, CBM = length × width × height ÷ 1,000,000. Calculate each pallet size separately and add the results. Confirm the carrier’s charging method, stacking rules and handling conditions.
Packing and freight checklist

Confirm mixed designs and mixed pallets separately
An order with several designs does not automatically permit mixing designs or thicknesses on a pallet. Provide quantities by model and check per-design, overall-order and custom-packing requirements separately. Meeting the overall quantity does not automatically satisfy each design or packing minimum. Recheck the current design and approved sample for repeat orders.

Frequently asked questions
Can a previous sheets-per-pallet figure be used for a new order?
Use historical information as a starting point. Thickness, protection and the order mix may change loading quantities and dimensions. Confirm the current plan.
Does CBM establish the full delivered cost?
No. Gross weight, transport mode, origin and destination charges, quotation scope and handling conditions also require review. Specify the cost items you want included.
Is installation the same as a self-adhesive roll?
Do not treat the products as interchangeable. Check installation materials and substrate requirements for the exact UV panel. This guide does not show or promise adhesive backing.
