1. Check the seams under side lighting
Join two or more pieces according to the supplier’s installation instructions. Look straight at the panel, then shine light across it from the side to spot gaps, changes in relief and differences in gloss.
2. Make a trial cut and inspect the edge
Use the cutting tool recommended for the product. Check the edge for tearing or lifting, then place the cut piece next to a corner or trim to see how the finished installation will look.
3. Test on the intended wall surface
Use a sample of the substrate your customer plans to install on. Prepare it according to the installation instructions and inspect the corners for lifting. Ask the supplier to confirm any restrictions near heat sources or in damp areas before ordering.
