For wholesalers and importers, choosing aluminum-PVC peel and stick wall tiles involves more than selecting a pattern. Coverage, backing, packaging and supply terms all affect how you compare quotations and prepare an order. Use these seven checks before confirming a purchase.
1. Confirm the construction of the exact model
Ask for the layer structure, face material, adhesive backing and total thickness. Peel and stick products can use different constructions. Do not compare an aluminum-PVC tile with an epoxy tile solely because the photos look similar.
2. Separate sheet size from usable coverage
Interlocking edges can make usable coverage smaller than the outer sheet dimensions. Request both measurements and confirm the coverage calculation. For example, the BS-LS065 product page lists a 312 × 305 mm sheet and approximately 291 × 288 mm effective coverage. These figures apply to that model, not the entire collection.
3. Review a physical finish sample
Check color, gloss, texture and how adjacent sheets meet under the project's lighting. Photographs cannot replace a physical sample. For repeat orders, specify the exact model code and keep an approved sample for comparison.
4. Check the wall surface and intended application
Confirm substrate compatibility and the installation instructions for the selected model. The wall should be clean, dry, sound and sufficiently smooth. Do not assume every model is suitable for outdoor use, shower areas, direct heat or every painted surface. Obtain the relevant use limits before recommending a product to customers.
5. Verify packaging and labeling
Request pieces per retail box and master carton, gross weight and carton dimensions. The BS-LS065 page lists 10 sheets per color box and 50 sheets per carton; check packing separately for each selected item. Agree on label language, barcodes and shipping marks before production.
6. Clarify quantities and supply terms
Confirm the minimum quantity per design, whether models can be mixed, sample availability, preparation time and the delivery term. Ask the supplier to state which freight charges and handling costs are included. Quantities and lead times should be agreed for the specific order.
7. Send a complete quotation request
- Destination country and city.
- Selected model codes or design photos.
- Expected quantity for each design.
- Intended application and wall surface.
- Packaging or private-label requirements.
- Required date and preferred delivery term.
